HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
- Delivery is 50 THB for all orders.
- For interanational orders, shipping fee varies depending on the destination.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?
- Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Samutprakarn, 2 - 3 business days delivery by Thai post / Flash / Kerry
- Up Country: 4 - 7 business days by Thai post / Flash / Kerry
- For international orders, 14 - 30 business days delivery by Thai post
Return & Refund Policy
PERIOD OF RETURN / REFUND ACCEPTANCE
You can return your product by the date indicated below
- Domestic (Thailand) : Within 3 days from the date of received.
- International : Within 14 days from the date of received.
PRODUCT THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED
1. Products that have been hemmed, repaired, scratched, damaged or soiled by the customer
2. Products without tags and packages
3. Used products and washed items
4. Products that have passed overdue from the period of return / refund acceptance
5. If customer do not have a receipt (purchase statement / credit card sales slip / return card)
6. Products on sale or promotion cannot be accepted return and/or exchange.
7. Swimwear can be returned. But there must be a clear sticker to prevent stains. and when trying on a swimsuit, ask all customers Wear underwear and panties as well.

After receiving the email we will check the document and reply to confirm you within 3 working days, then you can sent product back to us
Once you have received the confirm email from us, you must return the product within 5 days. (not include delivery time)
Refund are allowed after we received and considerate the product with conditionally correct .
